01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and bt8 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of the bt8 platform, accessible via bt8.ng and all associated bt8 mobile applications.

By performing any of the following actions — registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, playing any game, or accessing any section of the bt8 platform — you explicitly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein, as well as all other bt8 policies referenced in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the bt8 Privacy Policy and the bt8 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and bt8.

02 Platform Usage Eligibility

Use of the bt8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bt8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. bt8 takes underage protection seriously and will not tolerate any violation of the age limit.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bt8 account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and while using the platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Non-bt8 Employees: bt8 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the platform for real-money wagering.

03 Registration and Account Management

The bt8 account registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, there are important responsibilities you need to understand as an account holder.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process: bt8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identification card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. bt8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Two-Factor Authentication: bt8 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You are encouraged to enable this feature in your account settings.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur within your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the bt8 support team immediately.
• Update Information: You must ensure that all personal information in your bt8 account is current and accurate. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. bt8 continuously works to add more payment options for players' convenience.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Bt8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bt8 account in under 30 seconds once payment confirmation is received.
• Bt8 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual, as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Bt8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. The bt8 withdrawal process is designed to be as seamless as possible while maintaining the highest security standards.

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes for all supported payment methods, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP accounts.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used for the deposit. This is part of bt8's fraud prevention policy.

07 Game Rules and Platform Activity

• Game results determined by the bt8 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. bt8 is not liable for any losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, system malfunction, or intentionally exploited software vulnerability will be voided.

08 Acceptable Player Conduct

Bt8 aims to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt8 platform.

• Using profane, offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other players or bt8 staff on any platform communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of bt8's systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any method to conceal your true location in order to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any form of collusion between players to exploit games or disadvantage other players.
• Making false claims or unfounded accusations against bt8 or other players.

Bt8 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, for serious violations of any of the above rules.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

A bt8 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances.

• Player Request: You may request to close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting bt8 customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
• Terms Violation: bt8 reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a serious breach of terms. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• Suspicious Activity: Accounts showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.
• Inactive Account: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to account maintenance fees or closure procedures. bt8 will notify the player before any action is taken.

10 bt8 Liability Limit

The bt8 platform is provided "as is" and bt8 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or meet your specific expectations. The following liability limitations apply to your use of the bt8 platform.

• Bt8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The maximum total liability of bt8 to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to that claim.
• Bt8 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or cybersecurity incidents involving third parties.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Bt8 takes the privacy and security of our players' personal data seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the bt8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and bt8.

In summary, bt8 collects your personal data solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and user experience improvement. bt8 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• All personal data is stored with strong encryption on secure servers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bt8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players at least 14 days before taking effect, via an in-platform notice or email to your registered address.

Continued use of the bt8 platform after new terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the effective date of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. bt8 recommends that you check them at least once every three months to ensure you are always up to date with the current terms.
